The Network of Independent Business Lawyers I founded is now 120 strong, with a growing international membership. Plan for 2012 is to put together a NIBL website which will help each of us to promote the USPs we each share, ie personal service from a very experienced business law specialist (we pretty much cover all different business law specialisms between us); and we don't push work down to (expensive) junior lawyers; so a much better value-for-money service (more value, less money) than full-service law firms.
Recent jobs I've done include putting together an exclusive distribution agreement for China; and helping a shareholder/director exit from a joint venture company on better terms than she's thought possible (I do a lot of that kind of thing)...
...so don't try to pigeonhole me - you name a business issue which might need a lawyer's help, and I can either deal with it or recommend someone who can!
